Job Description

AMH Services is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our home appliance repair services. The candidate will be responsible for attending customer inquiries, contacting potential customers who require repair services, explaining our services, and scheduling technician visits.

Our primary services include AC repair, washing machine repair, and refrigerator repair.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries about repair services.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers looking for AC, washing machine, and refrigerator repair.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the available services.
- Schedule technician visits based on customer requirements and availability.
- Collect customer details, including name, contact number, address, appliance type, and repair issue.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure smooth service delivery.




- Provide professional and polite customer support.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.
- Basic telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with phone-based applications.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
