- Manage daily operations of the apartment complex, including housekeeping, security, maintenance and common areas.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety and proper upkeep of the property.
- Handle resident/customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor facility equipment, utilities, electrical, plumbing, lifts, DG, STP and other MEP services.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, vendor bills and service schedules.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and attend to breakdowns promptly.
- Supervise facility staff and prepare duty rosters and work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety,
statutory and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with the association/management and provide regular operational reports.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and assist in controlling operational costs.
- Support smooth handover and post-handover activities of residential projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
