Company Overview
We are a precision engineering organization involved in the manufacturing of high-quality precision components. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our growing team in Bidai, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect precision components as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspection activities
- Record and maintain inspection reports and documentation
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain consistent output
- Support continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection within precision / machining / engineering components
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Basic computer knowledge for report documentation
- Ability to work in a team environment
Education
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die or related field preferred
