We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant with complete knowledge of accounting, GST, taxation, banking, financial reporting, and government tender-related documentation. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the company's day-to-day accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, sales, purchase, expenses, and ledgers.
- Handle Tally Prime, Busy, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and manage GST reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculations, returns, and income tax-related documentation.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, payment receipts, and outstanding statements.
- Manage bank reconciliation, cash flow, and bank-related work.
- Maintain purchase orders, vendor payments, and customer accounts.
- Handle e-invoicing and e-way bills, wherever applicable.
- Maintain financial records, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and audit documents.
- Understand GeM,



government tenders, EMD, security deposits, and tender payment documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and CA offices.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Excellent working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GeM portal and government tender accounting will be an advantage.
- Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.

Salary- 12000 to 20000/-

Negotiable, based on experience, skills, and knowledge.
