About Peekit.ai

Peekit.ai is an NVIDIA Inception startup building a social media intelligence platform for brands and ecommerce businesses. Peekit helps companies monitor social media conversations, identify relevant content and emerging risks, and turn online signals into useful business intelligence.

The platform works with data from social media and other external sources, making accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail critical to the quality of the insights delivered to customers.

About the role

Peekit is looking for a Quality Analyst to help ensure that the data, content, and insights available across our internal systems are accurate, complete, and reliable.

You will review information across internal Peekit systems and external tools, identify discrepancies, document findings clearly, and work with internal teams to improve data quality and processes. This role is suitable for someone who understands how major social media platforms work and enjoys detailed, structured, analytical work.

Key responsibilities

- Review internal systems regularly to check data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Compare information across Peekit systems and external tools to identify discrepancies.
- Investigate potential data-quality issues and document findings in a clear, structured format.
- Validate social media content, metadata, links, dates, engagement information, and other relevant data points.
- Use Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn proficiently.
- Understand how content, profiles, posts, comments, hashtags, mentions, and engagement work across different platforms.
- Identify potential issues in content collection, categorisation, moderation, or reporting.
- Maintain quality-check trackers and prepare regular updates for internal stakeholders.
- Communicate discrepancies and recurring issues clearly to product, operations, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Support the creation and improvement of quality-assurance processes, checklists,

and standard operating procedures.
- Use structured feedback to help improve Peekit’s internal workflows and AI-assisted systems.
- Work with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and common AI tools as part of daily operations.
- Occasionally coordinate with teams or stakeholders in the UK and other international markets.

Required skills and qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in quality analysis, data operations, content moderation, social media operations, research, customer operations, or a related role.
- Any degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Mandatory: Robust practical familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small but important discrepancies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare clear PowerPoint presentations and structured reports.
- Comfortable using common AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, and productivity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow repeatable processes consistently.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in social listening, social media management, digital marketing, content moderation, or brand monitoring.
- Experience working with social media intelligence or analytics platforms.
- Experience comparing data across multiple tools or sources.
- Familiarity with online research, web-based tools, dashboards, and data-validation workflows.
- Experience creating QA checklists, issue logs,

or standard operating procedures.
- Interest in brands, ecommerce, online reputation, and digital trends.

What success looks like

In this role, success means:

- Internal and external data is checked carefully and discrepancies are identified early.
- Issues are documented with enough context for other teams to investigate and resolve them.
- Quality checks are performed consistently and on schedule.
- Communication is clear, concise, and actionable.
- Recurring data-quality issues are identified and escalated rather than repeatedly overlooked.
- The accuracy and reliability of Peekit’s systems and customer-facing insights continue to improve.

- Work at an NVIDIA Inception startup building AI-powered social media intelligence technology.

- Work remotely with occasional collaboration across international markets.
