We are hiring experienced candidates for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process for a leading organization in Kolkata. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and prior experience handling international customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through international voice calls and chat support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines.




- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
