Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct property presentations and site visits, and guide clients through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, explaining RERA and other regulatory aspects to clients, and preparing basic sales documentation. The role also involves building and nurturing long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and property developers, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The Sales Executive is expected to manage a structured follow-up process, attend client meetings regularly, and represent Dream House Realty in a professional manner.

Qualifications

- Solid client engagement and relationship-building skills, including active listening, negotiation, and customer service.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages,



with the ability to explain property features and legal aspects clearly.
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts, RERA guidelines, and property transaction processes (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and messaging apps for client communication; basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Prior experience in real estate, financial services, or other customer-facing sales roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
