Agency & Referral Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Agency & Referral Development Manager to build sustainable business channels through agency partnerships, referral networks, white-label collaborations, and strategic B2B relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership development or B2B business development, with the ability to identify potential partners, establish trust, negotiate mutually beneficial arrangements, and generate recurring business opportunities for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach digital marketing agencies, consultants, web development companies, software companies, freelancers, and other potential business partners.
- Develop white-label, outsourcing, referral, and channel partnership opportunities to generate recurring business.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with agency founders, business owners, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Present company services, capabilities, case studies, and partnership models to potential partners.
- Understand partner requirements and identify suitable services and collaboration opportunities.
- Conduct partner meetings, business discussions, follow-ups, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate proposals, pricing, service agreements, and partnership arrangements with internal teams.
- Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat projects, referrals, and consistent business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and increase business generated through partner networks.
- Maintain accurate records of partner discussions, opportunities, follow-ups, agreements, and revenue generated.




- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project handovers and execution for partner-generated business.

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in agency development, channel sales, strategic partnerships, referral business, B2B business development, or service-based sales is preferred.
