Crew Member – McDonald’s | Job Description

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Prepare food and beverages according to McDonald’s quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the kitchen, service counter, dining area, and restaurant premises.
- Follow standard operating procedures for food preparation, cooking, packaging, and serving.
- Ensure product availability and follow proper stock rotation and food waste control practices.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Respond to customer queries politely and support effective complaint resolution.
- Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge, service quality, and operational skills.
- Support daily restaurant activities and contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
