Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and related security equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CCTV installation, IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, cabling, and basic networking. The candidate should be capable of handling installation and maintenance activities independently and ensuring the smooth functioning of security surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, including IP and analog cameras.
- Install and configure DVR (Digital Video Recorder) and NVR (Network Video Recorder) systems.
- Perform CCTV camera mounting, cable laying, termination, and connection work.
- Troubleshoot CCTV camera, recording, connectivity, and video quality issues.
- Configure remote viewing and mobile access for CCTV surveillance systems.
- Perform basic network configuration, including IP addressing and connectivity checks.
- Inspect, test, and ensure the proper functioning of cameras and recording devices.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repair of CCTV equipment.
- Identify and resolve technical faults in power supplies, connectors, cables, and surveillance devices.
- Maintain installation records and report technical issues to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, project teams, and customers during installation and maintenance activities.




- Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain proper cable management at installation sites.
- Ensure timely completion of installation, servicing, and maintenance assignments.

Educational Qualification

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of analog and IP CCTV cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Understanding of cable laying, crimping, connectors, and basic electrical wiring.
- Basic knowledge of networking, IP configuration, and remote surveillance setup.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites for installation and maintenance work.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
