Multiple Job Openings – Quality Department

We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our Quality Department in a Yarn Dyeing / Textile Manufacturing Unit.

We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Quality Manager – Yarn Dyeing

Experience: 12–15 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall Quality Department and ensure consistent product quality.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for yarn dyeing processes.
- Monitor shade matching, color consistency, fastness, and other quality parameters.
- Supervise online quality control and final inspection activities.
- Analyze quality issues, rejections, reprocessing, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with Production, Dyeing, Laboratory, and other departments for corrective actions.
- Implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce quality deviations.
- Monitor quality performance and prepare reports for management.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, quality procedures, inspection standards, and records.
- Lead and train the quality team.

2. Quality Assistant / Quality Executive

Experience: 1–2 years (or) Freshers(Textile Academy Background)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Quality Manager in day-to-day quality activities.
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Perform online quality inspection during the dyeing process.
- Check shade, tone, depth, appearance, and batch consistency.
- Coordinate with production operators and supervisors regarding quality deviations.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and production quality records.
- Assist in identifying root causes of quality problems.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Support final inspection and dispatch quality requirements.

Quality Testing / Laboratory – Yarn Dyeing

Experience: 1–2 years(or) Fresher(Textile Academy Background)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality testing of dyed yarn according to established procedures.
- Perform shade and color-related testing and evaluation.
- Carry out required physical and color-fastness tests as applicable.
- Prepare and maintain test reports and laboratory records.
- Support shade matching, lab-dip development, and recipe verification.
- Compare test results against approved standards/specifications.
- Communicate test results to the Quality and Production teams.
- Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory/testing equipment.
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping and follow safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in yarn dyeing, textile processing, quality control, or textile laboratory testing.
- Good understanding of dyeing processes and quality parameters.
- Knowledge of shade matching and color evaluation will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Production and Quality teams.
- Candidates with relevant experience in yarn dyeing factories will be preferred.
