Employment: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Technical Project Manager with strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, Data & Analytics, AI implementation, technical team management, and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project planning, estimation, execution, and delivery.
- Manage technical teams, stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive risk, issue, dependency, change, and escalation management.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Data, AI, QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution reviews, product discussions, and roadmap planning.
- Drive AI/ML implementation, POCs, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Understand current business/technical processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Manage project governance, reporting, KPIs, resource planning, and delivery metrics.
- Handle real-world project challenges and client/stakeholder escalations.

Required Skills

- 10+ years in Project Management / Technical Project Management.




- Strong experience in Data & Analytics / Technology projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, software development, and delivery practices.
- Experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence / ServiceNow or similar tools.
- Understanding of Data Engineering, BI, Cloud, SQL, and Analytics.
- Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI implementation is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and technical understanding.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification preferred.
