- Handle daily production activities in the Plastic Division.
- Monitor injection moulding machines and production processes.
- Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection.
- Manage manpower and shift allocation.
- Monitor machine settings and process parameters.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Tool Room teams.
- Reduce rejection, rework and material wastage.
- Maintain production reports and shift records.
- Ensure 5S, safety and discipline on the shop floor.
Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical / Plastic Engineering preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in plastic injection moulding / manufacturing.
