Accounts Executive

Job Summary

Hotel Ivy is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, accuracy in financial transactions, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain cash and petty cash records.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related documents.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities.
- Generate financial reports and MIS reports as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.




- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP/Tally Prime preferred).
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and taxation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
