Quantity Take-Off: Calculate quantities of concrete, steel, plastering, flooring, tiles, POP, painting, and other construction works from drawings.

2. BOQ Preparation: Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with item descriptions, units, quantities, rates, and amounts.

3. Drawing Checking: Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to calculate quantities and identify discrepancies.

4. Rate Analysis: Calculate the cost of materials, labour, equipment, and other expenses for each work item.

5. Billing: Prepare and verify contractor bills, subcontractor bills, and client running account (RA) bills.

6. Site Measurement: Take actual measurements at the site and compare them with drawing quantities.

7. Material Estimation: Calculate the required quantity of cement, sand, aggregate, steel, tiles, granite, and other materials.

8. Purchase Orders: Prepare work orders and purchase orders based on approved quantities and rates.

9. Cost Control:



Monitor project expenses and compare actual costs with the budget.

10. Subcontractor Management: Check subcontractor work measurements, rates, quantities, and payment claims.

11. Variation Management: Calculate additional or reduced quantities when drawings or project requirements change.

12. Reconciliation: Reconcile materials issued, consumed, and remaining at the site.

13. Progress Tracking: Compare completed work quantities with planned quantities and report progress.

14. Documentation: Maintain measurement sheets, BOQs, work orders, bills, and quantity records.

15. Coordination: Coordinate with the site engineer, project manager, billing team, procurement team, and client.
