- Receive customers and understand vehicle accident or body repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates and job cards.
- Coordinate with technicians, the body shop team, and insurance companies.
- Handle insurance claims, surveyor coordination, and repair approvals.
- Update customers on repair progress, delivery timelines, and costs.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after service and support customer retention.

Eligibility:

- Diploma or ITI in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in automobile service or body shop operations preferred.
- Positive communication, customer handling, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle damage assessment and insurance procedures is an advantage.

Required Skills: Customer relationship management, estimation, insurance coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving.
