We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Assistant Intern to support day-to-day operational activities, procurement, logistics, vendor coordination, and event management. The ideal candidate should have good coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and the willingness to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities :-
- Assist with daily operational activities and internal requests.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and payment follow-ups.
- Support event arrangements, examinations, and project-related activities.
- Manage dispatches, courier tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Maintain Google Sheets, Excel trackers, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Handle office and facility-related requirements.
- Identify operational issues and support quick, effective solutions.
Requirements :-
- Graduate in any relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to handle field-level operational activities.
- Two-wheeler driving licence preferred; four-wheeler licence is an added advantage
