Instil Learning Hub is looking for a knowledgeable and engaging CFA Faculty to deliver high-quality online classes for CFA candidates. The faculty member will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions, simplifying complex concepts, and supporting students in their CFA preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online CFA classes on an hourly basis.
- Deliver structured and engaging sessions aligned with the CFA curriculum.
- Explain complex financial and investment concepts in a clear and practical manner.
- Prepare and use relevant study materials, examples, questions, and practice sessions.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and revision sessions when required.
- Assess students' understanding through discussions, quizzes, and practice questions.
- Provide academic guidance and feedback to students.
- Maintain punctuality and consistency in scheduled sessions.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding class schedules, course progress, and student requirements.
- Stay updated with relevant CFA curriculum changes and examination requirements.
Eligibility & Requirements
- CFA Charterholder / CFA Level III candidate / CFA Level II candidate with strong subject knowledge.
- Prior teaching or training experience in CFA, Finance, Investment, or related subjects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and CFA curriculum topics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Comfortable conducting classes through online platforms.
- Qualified approach with good time management and student-handling skills.
