A creative eye is great. A logical mind makes it better.

At Beloud, we're looking for a designer who can turn ideas into visuals that make people stop, look, and remember.

If you have a creative eye, a logical mind, and the ability to understand why something needs to be designed before figuring out how it should look, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brands.
- Turn briefs and ideas into visually appealing and meaningful designs.
- Understand the audience, context, and purpose behind every creative.
- Work closely with our creative director to bring ideas to life.
- Keep up with design trends while knowing when not to follow them.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- A strong portfolio: Showcase your creativity, individual design aesthetic, and versatility.
- Design skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
- Video editing: Basic video editing skills.
- Logical thinking: The ability to understand briefs, think independently,

and make sensible creative decisions.
- Attention to detail: An eye for typography, colours, layouts, and the little things that make a big difference.
- Time management: The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving: Someone who takes ownership, asks the right questions, and doesn't need every little thing spelled out.
- A growth mindset: A willingness to learn, experiment, collaborate, and grow.
