- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Hands-on experience in labour management, including supervising workers, allocating daily tasks, monitoring productivity, maintaining workforce attendance, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
