The core focus of this position is to drive client satisfaction and retention by delivering outstanding campaign performance. You will serve as the main liaison for our international clientele, maintaining open and transparent communication channels, providing regular progress updates, and proactively addressing any concerns. A deep understanding of various SEO methodologies, including AIO, GEO, and Traditional SEO, is essential for developing and implementing strategies that align with each client's unique goals and market landscape.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SEO and link-building projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of international clients across the US, UK, and Australia, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Serve as the main client liaison, maintaining proactive and transparent communication regarding project progress, deliverables, and performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and link-building strategies tailored to individual client objectives and market landscapes.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of SEO and link-building campaigns, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Monitor campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal SEO specialists, content creators, and account managers to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in SEO, including AIO, GEO, and Traditional SEO methodologies.
- Drive client retention by consistently exceeding expectations and demonstrating tangible results from SEO and link-building efforts.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clients and the Digital Web Solutions team to ensure project success.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and client service delivery within the organization.
