Pre-Service Duties

- Station Preparation: Set up and clean dining tables, polish cutlery and glassware, and restock condiments and napkins.
- Menu Familiarity: Review daily specials, memorize menu ingredients, and note any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Uniform & Grooming: Maintain a neat appearance with a clean uniform, proper name badge, and polished shoes.

Guest Service & Ordering

- Welcoming Guests: Greet resort guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus promptly.
- Taking Orders: Record food and drink orders accurately (using a notepad or digital POS system) and offer menu recommendations or upsell specials.
- Allergy & Dietary Assistance: Guide guests through options for special diets, food intolerances, or religious preferences.

Serving & Meal Management

- Order Delivery: Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to transport food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Table Maintenance:



Check in on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, and pre-bus empty plates.
- Handling Complaints: Address minor guest concerns calmly and empathetically, escalating to a floor manager or captain when necessary.

Payment & Post-Service Duties

- Billing: Issue accurate bills, process cash, room charges, or credit card transactions, and verify receipts.
- Clearing and Resetting: Clear used dishware, wipe down tables, and reset the station for the next guests or shift.
- Resort-Specific Tasks: Assist with special resort events, poolside service, or room service deliveries as assigned.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
