Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, manage the team, and achieve organizational targets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage overall branch operations and daily activities.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare reports.
- Ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage branch operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
