Hiring: Recruiter (Experienced Only)
Location: KocharTech Business Park, Amritsar

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Experienced: 1 to 1.5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
Eligibility:
Graduation is Mandatory
Masters Degree Preferred
Experienced candidates only can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes is an advantage
