JOB DESCRIPTION
KRIYA Industrial Automation is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, HMI development, machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer-site execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting automation projects from programming and testing to commissioning and troubleshooting at customer sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- PLC programming, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- HMI programming and development.
- Machine automation sequence development and implementation.
- Installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
- Working with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, sensors, motors, relays, contactors, and other industrial automation components.
- Reading and understanding electrical control drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshooting PLC, HMI, VFD, sensor, communication, and machine-control issues.
- Conducting I/O checking, machine dry runs, testing, and commissioning.
- Supporting machine integration and industrial automation projects.




- Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, production, and project teams.
- Providing technical support during customer-site visits.
- Preparing basic commissioning and project-related documentation.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Practical hands-on experience in Industrial Automation.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with PLC/HMI platforms such as Delta, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar systems.
- Working knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, sensors, motors, control panels, and industrial communication.
- Ability to troubleshoot automation and machine-control problems independently.
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings, control circuits, and panel wiring.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

QUALIFICATION
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. Relevant Industrial Automation experience is mandatory.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for candidates with practical exposure to industrial automation projects and hands-on experience in PLC programming, machine automation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning. Candidates should be comfortable working at customer/project sites and travelling as required for project execution.
