We are looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Sales Closer who can communicate with potential clients, understand their business requirements, explain our services, handle objections, and convert qualified leads into paying customers.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle qualified and warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns and other lead-generation channels.
- Contact potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
- Understand clients' business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing or website development services.
- Explain service packages, pricing, deliverables, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
- Convert interested prospects into paying customers through effective sales conversations.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads to improve conversion rates.
- Handle client objections related to pricing, trust, service quality, and business requirements.
- Build trust with potential clients and maintain professional relationships throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and sales in the company's tracking system.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth handover after a client confirms a purchase.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pending follow-ups, and conversion progress.
- Maintain skilled communication and follow company sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners, entrepreneurs, and potential clients.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and follow-up strategies.
- Ability to explain services and communicate value instead of relying only on discounts.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve sales performance.
- Good time management, discipline, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional attitude and commitment to achieving assigned sales targets.

Experience Requirements

- Candidates with experience in sales closing, telecalling, inside sales, business development, or digital marketing sales are preferred.
- Experience selling website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital services is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication, confidence, and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
- Additional performance-based sales incentives.
