Role Summary
Support business operations, financial tracking, resource management, and performance reporting to ensure productive delivery and profitable growth of engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in revenue, margin, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Track resource utilization, capacity planning, and workforce allocation.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
Support project financial analysis and profitability tracking.
Coordinate with Delivery, Finance, HR, and Recruitment teams.
Maintain operational data and ensure reporting accuracy.
Support business reviews, audits, and governance meetings.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
