Key Responsibilities

- Oversee overall hospital operations during the night shift.
- Monitor patient services, staff attendance, duty rosters, and discipline.
- Coordinate with RMO/DMO, nursing, security, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Ensure timely patient admission, discharge, billing, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Handle patient/attendant complaints and escalate critical issues to the concerned authority.
- Monitor emergency preparedness, safety, security, and cleanliness.
- Ensure proper handover of pending tasks and incidents to the day-shift management.
- Maintain night-shift reports, incident registers, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and SOPs.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations or administration preferred.
- Positive communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
