About the Company: Thampanoor based Pure Veg Restaurant

Shift Timings (rotating, so one Captain is always on the floor):

Shift A (Morning): 6:45 am – 3:30 pm

Shift B (Evening): 2:30 pm – 11:15 pm

Shifts rotate weekly.

Weekly off can be taken on Loss of Pay (LOP), on different days for each Captain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead the service team on the floor during the shift

- Welcome guests, manage seating across 2 floors

- Take orders, suggest dishes and specials, enter KOT correctly

- Ensure food is served hot, on time and as ordered

- Supervise waiters; assign tables and sections

- Check bills before handing over; coordinate with cash counter

- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve on the spot

- Ensure tables, cutlery and service area are clean and ready

- Shift handover to the next Captain (pending orders, issues)

- Train and guide recent service staff

- Report to the Supervisor

Education & Skills:





- Minimum SSLC / Plus Two; hotel management diploma is a plus

- Good spoken Malayalam and English; Hindi is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of POS / billing and KOT systems

- Pleasant, well-groomed, good communication and leadership

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in restaurant service, with at least 2 years as Captain / Senior Steward

(South Indian / vegetarian restaurant experience preferred)

Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month
