- Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day construction works including RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete), foundations, structural steel erection, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
- Drawing & Planning: Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and calculate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Quality Control (QA/QC): Conduct material testing (such as concrete cube tests and soil compaction), check steel reinforcement, and ensure work matches project specifications.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce site safety rules, conduct toolbox talks, and manage daily work permits (such as hot/cold work, excavation, and height work permits).
- Contractor & Labor Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, labor teams, vendors, and site consultants.
- Documentation & Billing: Maintain daily site progress reports, labor reports, material consumption logs, Measurement Books (MB), and assist with contractor/client billing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
