Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our gold manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, GST, TDS and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate records of gold purchases, issues, receipts, transfers, and finished goods.
- Reconcile physical gold stock with accounting and inventory records.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, delivery challans, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Maintain cash books, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts.




- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, and other departments.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial records.

Qualifications and Requirements

- B.Com or M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in gold manufacturing, jewellery, bullion, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong numerical skills, honesty, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
