Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Client Acquisition Specialist to identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, including schools and educational institutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and help convert leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition and business development targets.




- Maintain client databases, lead records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Good knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

- Any bachelor's degree.
- Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or recruitment services is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
