Day in the life:
•
Supporting travellers and internal stakeholders with booking and system-related queries across online booking platforms such as Concur, Cytric and FCM Booking India.
•
Troubleshooting booking errors, profile issues, access concerns and PNR-related queries using Amadeus.
•
Managing support tickets within defined SLAs while ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
•
Coordinating with Technology, Product, Supplier and Operations teams to investigate and resolve issues.
•
Assisting with user onboarding, platform adoption and best-practice guidance.
•
Maintaining knowledge articles, SOPs and support documentation to improve service efficiency.
•
Monitoring recurring issues and identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience.
