Responsibilities
• Prepare sector-focused newsletters

• Structure and prepare buy-side / sell-side pitch books

• Execute valuation analysis through market approach and income approach

• Structure and prepare sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and Management Presentations (MPs)

• Prepare three-statement financial models for M&A; transactions

• Perform financial and operational benchmarking

• Prepare conference presentations

• Assemble Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) for M&A; transactions

• Bid summary analysis

Qualifications
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
The candidate must have 3+ years of working experience in investment banking / M&A; services




Mandatory Technical and Functional Skills:
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios
• Good understanding of M&A; concepts and relative valuation techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A commercial outlook and a good understanding of the general business / economic setting and M&A; business
• Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in using research databases such as Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Pitchbook, among others
