Job Summary
The Intern HR Business Partner will provide frontline HR support to assigned business units across locations.



The role will partner closely with business leaders, employees, and HR teams to drive people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, and employee life cycle processes. The incumbent will play a key role in strengthening employee-manager relationships, improving morale, supporting productivity and retention, and ensuring timely execution of HR processes in alignment with FAI HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

· Partner with business leaders and employees to understand people priorities and support execution of HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
· Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and HR policy matters.
· Support business units across locations through employee connects, communication forums, focus group discussions, skip-level meetings, and one-on-one employ
