• Assist in day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations.
• Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and analyze reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for finance-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Support month-end and year-end financial activities.
• Perform additional finance-related assignments as required.
Eligibility Criteria
• MBA in Finance (recent graduates / freshers).
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional attitude with a confident personality.
• Willingness to work from the Gurugram office; immediate joiners preferred.
