We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented apprentice to support the management and execution of marketing offers. The role will provide hands-on exposure to campaign operations, offer setup and maintenance, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. The role will required need to work closely with other internal teams to help ensure offers are accurately implemented, monitored, and optimized, while developing practical skills in marketing operations and analytics.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Support the end-to-end setup, execution, and ongoing management of marketing offers and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure offers are launched accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Monitor offer performance and prepare regular reports and insights to support campaign optimization.
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate offer-related data, documentation, and trackers.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations, troubleshoot offer-related issues, and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.





Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with data and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn recent tools, processes, and marketing concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow defined processes, and deliver work within timelines.
