Assistant Project Manager – Civil for Industrial Projects
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support the planning, design coordination, and execution of civil engineering works for industrial facility projects. This role serves as a key technical resource for site development, earthworks, infrastructure systems, PEB, and civil utilities integration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Assistant Project Manager – Civil will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Planning Engineers, structural engineers, MEP engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients to deliver exceptional project performance.
This position may involve coordination of junior engineers and site supervision personnel, requiring both technical expertise and emerging leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
• Support civil engineering design coordination from concept through construction completion for industrial projects including manufacturing plants, warehouses, processing facilities, and distribution centers
• Assist in developing project schedules, critical path analyses, and milestone tracking for civil work packages
• Support project budget management including cost estimation, value engineering proposals, and expenditure tracking to maintain financial targets
