We have an prospect in ACG Capsules for a Lead – Supply Chain Management, Logistics, ACG Capsules.

• Job Objective





• Ensuring adherence to safety and compliance to Environmental & Regulatory policies and process related to Logistics and distribution including International Trade Compliance.

• Responsible for International multimodal Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance, Freight benchmarking, Negotiations and Contracting.

• Key KPI’s include OTDIF, DOH, Per’000 Capsules Transportation Cost, Transit Lead Time reduction, Budgeted Despatch Targets, Avoidance of Premium Freight, detention & demurrage cost.

• Liaise & negotiate with service partners (3/4PL, consultants, CHAs, transporters, Technology partners etc.).

• Supervise, coach and train logistics & warehouse workforce.

• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement /propose improvements.

• Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Practices and propose changes.

• Working on Cost reduction and process improvement projects.
