Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the principal point of contact between the Consultant, Client, EPC contractors,



OEMs and other stakeholders.
• Establish the Project Execution Plan, organization structure, responsibility matrix, communication protocol and reporting arrangements.
• Lead mobilization and deployment of PMC resources across transmission line sections, substations and HVDC terminal stations.
• Review and monitor the contractor's baseline schedule, procurement plan, construction methodology, resource plan and commissioning programme.
• Coordinate transmission line, substation, HVDC, civil, electrical, mechanical, protection, SCADA, telecom, quality, HSE and contractual interfaces.
• Monitor overall progress against approved milestones, identify deviations and direct preparation of recovery or acceleration plans.
• Review critical technical submissions, constructability issues, interface matters and site constraints requiring management decisions.
• Ensure effective implementation of the approved qual
