Role Summary
BeatO is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition across its B2C businesses, from devices and supplements to doctor-led care programs.
Success in this role means profitable, scalable growth: efficient CAC, strong ROAS, and a steady pipeline of new customers across paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max), and other relevant channels.
• Own full-funnel performance, from prospecting to retargeting, with clear accountability for CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.




• Manage and allocate monthly paid media budgets, scaling what works and cutting what does not.
• Run structured testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies, and turn the learnings into repeatable playbooks.
• Work closely with the creative, brand, product, and tech teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and the checkout and app-install journey.
• Set up and maintain tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and app or MMP attribution where relevant) so spend decisions rest on reliable data.
• Build clear weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership, with insights and next steps rather than just numbers.
• Partner with CRM and retention teams to link acquisition quality to repeat purchase and lifetime value.
• Manage external agencies and ad-platform contacts where applicable, and keep up with platform changes and current growth opportunities.
