What You Will Own:
• Dedicated Support ticket management - includes first level response (Help Desk/Zendesk), triage, troubleshooting and resolution management and root cause analysis.
• Coordination and communication with the client on close calendar and outages.
• Coordinate environment preparation steps ahead of and after Expense/ Statement runs (db activities, sizing up workplace, distribution of data).
