Ashland has an exciting chance for a " Sr Financial Analyst " position to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team at our Hyderabad, IN location. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Finance function.
This position will report to Senior Manager – FP&A;
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Prepare, analyze, and communicate accurate and timely monthly financial reports including business unit results and regional performance.
• Compile PowerPoint presentations for Senior Management monthly business review meetings.
• Support the leadership to provide them with the analytics they need to run their business including:
1) product profitability,
2) costing, and
3) operating expense analysis.
• Prepare and communicate monthly financial results for management reporting.
• Be involved in cost analysis, business unit analysis, and lend insights.
• Be available to participate in any ad hoc requests or new projects from functional and business leadership.
• Actively contribute to the organizational goals by taking initiative, executing on goals and focusing on performance and safety
• Improve the organization capacity and capabilities through building collaborative relationships, optimizing diverse talent and utilizing positive communications and influence with others.
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company
• MBA with a desired concentration in Finance
