Position Summary
QA/QC Lead responsible for establishing and managing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control programs for mission-critical data centre in Dholera. Ensure all construction activities, materials, and installations meet specified standards, design requirements, and international data centre quality benchmarks across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System Development
• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP) aligned with ISO 9001 and JLL standards
• Establish Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for all construction activities and MEP installations
• Create quality procedures, checklists, and acceptance criteria for critical work activities
• Define hold points, witness points, and mandatory inspection stages across all disciplines
• Develop non-conformance management system including NCR procedures and disposition protocols
• Establish document control procedures for quality records, test certificates, and as-built documentation
• Set quality KPIs and metrics for contractor performance monitoring
Quality Planning & Standards Compliance
• Review design drawings, specifications, and technical standards to establish quality requirements
