About the Role
We're seeking a versatile and adaptable Software Engineer to join our team, working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the application development lifecycle, from initial stakeholder engagement through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

As a self-directed team member, you'll navigate diverse codebases, modernize legacy applications, and deliver end-to-end solutions both independently and collaboratively. You'll be the go-to person for small to medium sized projects that require quick turnaround, technical expertise, and strong stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Delivery




• Design, build, test, and maintain small to medium scale applications from conception to deployment
• Take full accountability for quality delivery and ongoing maintenance of software solutions
• Work independently when required, managing your own workload and priorities
• Architect and build incremental additions independently for existing or new solutions

Technical Excellence
• Contribute across the full technology stack, from front-end UI to back-end infrastructure
• Dive into unfamiliar codebases quickly and effectively troubleshoot issues
• Modernize and refactor older applications to improve performance and maintainability
• Develop new features, implement bug fixes, and onboard current projects seamlessly
• Adopt a security-first approach and produce secure, robust code
• Utilize AI tools to efficiently deliver application solutions
