The Personal Loan Sales Manager is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing personal loan business through branch referrals, customer walk-ins, and local market activities. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with Kotak Mahindra Bank's policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive personal loan sales through the assigned branch network.
- Generate leads from existing bank customers, branch references, and external sources.
- Achieve monthly and annual personal loan disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff to increase customer referrals.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain personal loan products, features, and advantages.
- Ensure proper collection and verification of customer documents as per bank guidelines.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain high productivity and conversion ratios.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products wherever applicable.
- Monitor competition and provide market intelligence to management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and promptly resolve customer queries.
