Job Purpose

The person will be working on assignments of Asian Paints Beautiful Homes, a One Stop Interior Solution from Asian Paints Ltd. The role involves understanding customer requirements and assisting them in selecting Bath and Sanitary products such as showers, faucets, kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, accessories, wellness products, and bathroom solutions. The objective is to drive sales, provide consultations, and enhance the customer experience while achieving business targets.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Achieving the monthly secondary sales target as assigned by the business.
- Meeting retail consumers, plumbers, contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, and walk-in customers at the store.
- Promoting and selling Bath & Sanitary products including:
- Showers
- Faucets/Taps
- Water Closets (Sanitaryware)
- Bath Accessories
- Wellness Products
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products based on design, functionality, and budget.
- Explaining product Features, Advantages, and Advantages (FAB) through demonstrations and product presentations.




- Creating product demand among consumers and influencers such as plumbers, architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers.
- Completing the sales cycle by ensuring billing and order closure for end consumers.
- Handling customer queries and resolving complaints related to product usage and installation.
- Collecting market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities through ongoing construction and renovation projects.
- Spending approximately 70% of the time in the field meeting influencers and prospective customers and 30% of the time in-store attending walk-ins and consultations.
- Following the prescribed customer consultation process and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Building credibility and long-term relationships with customers to achieve high customer satisfaction and NPS ratings.
- Driving cross-selling opportunities across Bathroom, Kitchen, and Décor categories available at AP Beautiful Homes.
- Maintaining regular follow-ups with customers to convert leads into sales and ensure project closures.
