- Prepare PHE and FPS design layouts, schematics, and GFC drawings.
- Perform plumbing demand, drainage, fire water tank, pump sizing, and hydraulic calculations.
- Prepare BOQs, equipment schedules, technical specifications, and design reports.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, relevant IS codes, CPHEEO, and applicable NFPA standards.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, and electrical teams.
- Review drawings, resolve coordination issues, and address consultant comments.
Required Skills: AutoCAD proficiency, knowledge of PHE/FPS design standards, and experience in MEP design coordination. Revit MEP knowledge is an added advantage.
