We’re Hiring | Manager – FP&A; (Finance Business Partnering)

Protein Chef is one of India’s fastest-growing functional food brands, building the future of high-protein and functional everyday nutrition.

As we scale across Quick Commerce, eCommerce and B2B, we’re looking for a sharp and hands-on Manager – FP&A; to join our Finance team and turn numbers into meaningful business decisions.

Role: Manager – FP&A; (Finance Business Partnering)

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3–4 years

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent

What you’ll work on:

• Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & budgeting

• Monthly MIS & P&L; reporting

• KPI dashboards and business performance tracking

• Budget vs. Actuals & quarterly forecasting

• Platform-wise profitability across Quick Commerce, eCommerce & B2B

• Pricing, margins & unit economics





• CMO cost benchmarking & cost optimization

• ERP implementation and finance process improvement

• Investor updates, board reporting & business insights

We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong FP&A; / Business Finance experience

Understands GM, CM1, CM2 & EBITDA

Is robust in financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets

Can translate numbers into clear business insights

Is comfortable working with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment

Has FMCG, D2C, consumer startup or Quick Commerce experience — a strong plus!
