We seek a product designer who has shipped real customer-facing experiences and can rethink journeys around capable AI models not merely add chat interfaces or use AI to generate design copy.
Candidate requirements
- Portfolio is mandatory, showing shipped products and clear individual contribution; do not shortlist candidates without credible shipped-product context.
- Demonstrated design experience with AI/LLM-powered product features.
- Native use of AI design/prototyping tools such as Figma Make, v0, Lovable, Cursor or Claude; ask which tools are used and how.
- Strong product thinking, interaction design, user research and ability to articulate trade-offs and measurable outcomes.
- 4 6+ years of product design experience preferred.
- Arabic and right-to-left (RTL) experience is a solid advantage.
- Immediate availability or a notice period of 30 days or less preferred.

Part 1 Experience teardown
Audit the current buyer journey: Discovery Shortlist Enquiry Follow-up. Identify what works, what is mediocre and what is broken. Prioritise the most meaningful friction points, grounded in user needs rather than visual preferences alone.
Part 2 AI-native redesign
Choose 2 3 specific moments from that journey. For each, show:
1. What the buyer is trying to achieve and why the current flow falls short.
2. The redesigned flow, explaining how AI materially changes the interaction not simply add a chatbot.
3. How the experience behaves when the AI is wrong, slow or uncertain, including user control and fallback.
4. How Arabic/RTL would work, with at least one representative screen or a concise approach note.
Deliverable & evaluation
- Submit a Figma file, clickable prototype or working code prototype (for example, v0, Lovable or Claude Artifacts).
- Explain the problem, user journey, design rationale and where AI creates value.
- Evaluation: product judgement, quality of AI-native interaction design, edge-case handling, clarity of prototype and practical execution.
